Please note, that not all of our parts are perfect after all we are dealing with 40+ year old machines that were originally designed to carry shopping bags! We try to ensure that all of our items are top quality, we source parts not only from Italy, but from Germany, India, Vietnam, USA, Spain & Japan. Occasionally you may have to tweak some parts to fit, but thats the joys of playing with 60 year old technology. All of the parts we sell are parts that we would be happy to receive ourselves - and we are quite fussy about what we have! If you are unsure about anything, please do not hesistate to contact us.

The purpose of this warranty is to offer a full clear guide to customers and to offer a fair common sense approach to both the customer and Scooters Rock on all warranty claims. Scooters Rock cannot be held responsible or liable if you ride it in an erratic manner, fail to carry out common sense maintenance, neglect or misuse these motor scooters. Ultimately while enormous fun can be obtained from tuning these scooters they are in essence strained way beyond the manufacturers original design envelope. The basis of the warranty is supplied under the following conditions :-


All warranties apply for a period of 12months from date of purchase.
SR guarantee chassis, electrical system and engine from total failure in such a way as to prevent the normal use/function and on standard specification scooters only.
Scooters that have had additional performance enhancing work carried out by SR to the engine in pursuit of extra power are not covered by the 12 month warranty but are offered with a 3 month warranty on the engine only. The chassis and electrical system how ever is covered by by the full 12 month period.
SR will consider the warranty null & void if unauthorised repairs have been carried out or any alterations to manufacturers specification without our full consent / approval & knowledge.
Items exempt from this warranty are all wearable / consumable items such as tyres & tubes, bulbs, cables, brake disc, brake pads, brake shoes and battery.
All tuning components, failure to service or carry out reasonable scooter maintenance are not covered under warranty and loss damage or injury as a result of any fitted components cannot be held liable to SR.
